Also tons of packing and Christmas shopping and dancing and singing and Lego building. Pizza making and puddle jumping and movie watching.

Cupcakes made the cut too, although very briefly.

*"Home" edited by Stafford Cliff is one of my favourite books. I love decor magazines, blogs, and books and can spend hours and hours looking at the pictures and dreaming and feeling inspired. This book, however, has few pictures, but tons and tons of reflections about creating a home (rather than just decorating it). It is a bit ironic that in a field so visually intense as interior decoration, sometimes a thousand words are needed.
